I wasn’t even going to post this… but wow. I used to cry every single night over him. Checking my phone. Overthinking everything. I read this book and something just shifted. I stopped reacting. I stopped chasing. Now he’s the one texting. And I’m the one not caring. That’s the part nobody talks about — the peace. ❤️

The biggest thing this book gave me? Not revenge. Indifference. He tried to come back last week and I felt… nothing. No anger. No excitement. Just calm. I never thought I’d get here. But I did.

Okay but why is no one talking about this method?? I did exactly what the book said for 7 days. Now he’s watching every story, liking old pictures, trying to “check in”. And I’m focused on me. Gym. Work. My own glow up. This is what real power feels like.

I still can’t understand how one simple technique could calm me down this fast. It feels unreal.
